Yes. We run dedicated Hyrox classes designed to support those preparing for a Hyrox event. These sessions focus on running, race-style conditioning and key Hyrox movements such as lunges and wall balls.
If you’re training for a Hyrox event, we recommend prioritising these classes, which run three times per week (Monday, Tuesday and Saturday), and adding Sleven Hybrid sessions alongside them if your schedule allows.
We also periodically run our Sleven Hybrid Race, which is our in-house Hyrox simulation. This event is free for members and is a great way to practise race conditions, test your fitness or simply take part for fun. As we repeat it throughout the year, it also serves as a useful benchmark to track your progress over time.
