Sleven Hybrid Conditioning is our structured, high-intensity conditioning class focused on building a bigger engine and improving pacing across multiple modalities.
Each session is programmed with a clear stimulus and performance objective. Workouts are designed to develop aerobic capacity, threshold tolerance, and the ability to sustain output under fatigue. Coaches guide pacing and effort to ensure the intended training effect is achieved.
Classes combine Concept2 machines, the Rogue Echo Bike, structured running in Vauxhall Pleasure Gardens, and simple mixed-modality work with bodyweight and light-to-moderate loading.
Suitable for a wide range of abilities, with intensity scaled through pace, volume, and load.
