Sleven is the home of GymSync, an online fitness competition run by licensed gyms to find the fittest athlete, gym, couple, mum, dad, teen and more. Events run at the same time across the UK and worldwide, with everyone competing together.

After each event, we head to our local pub for Sync & Drink. Beers, pizza and a proper hangout once the work’s done.

The Sleven X Games is our in-house CrossFit competition, a full day of high energy, big workouts and a proper buzz in the gym.

It’s a same-sex pairs event with Rx and Intermediate categories, so grab a partner and get involved!

The Sleven Xmas Extravaganza is our annual end-of-year celebration. A full day of training, awards and a big night out to wrap up the year as a community.

We kick things off in the gym with a fun, festive workout, followed by the Sleven Awards, where we recognise the people who’ve made the year what it was.

Then it’s time to get changed and head out for the evening; food, drinks, music and a proper night with the Sleven crew.

Sleven is a Turf Games Affiliate Gym, with programming designed to keep you fit and prepare you for competition.

We host our own arena at Turf Summer Festival and take a big team of members to compete across all categories, from Everyday to Elite.
