Get race-ready with our monthly Hyrox Sunday Simulations. We invite guest Hyrox trainers and athletes to programme the best workouts to put your Hyrox training to the test and provide a more competitive atmosphere.
Unlike classes, these simulations are run in heats meaning we can get big numbers through the door and provide more of a race experience. Simulations last around 45-60 minutes.
Programmed by Tom Bliss and Courtney Pruce from The Ultimate You. Classes run on a 6-week cycle, each starting and ending with one of our Hyrox Simulations to track your progress.
Classes focus on building capacity and ability to perform with compromised legs. Classes are progressive and designed to help you peak at just the right time.
Our Hyrox classes are perfectly complemented with our 24Sleven classes which are heavily focused on building functional strength and MetCon which is focused on building capacity through ergs, running and simple movements.
Tom, a former professional rugby player, and Courtney, a former professional dancer, have over a decade of experience between them in the fitness industry and co-founded The Ultimate You, an online training platform specialising in elevating functional fitness and HYROX capacity for everyday gym goers and aspiring athletes

Are you ready for the main event? Expect competitions in the run-up to Hyrox events to see how you stack up against your rivals. If you've been considering signing up for a Hyrox, these can be your first taste of a Hyrox-style event before committing to the real deal. Competitions will include leaderboards, prizes, DJs, sponsors and much more.

The magic happens Monday-Thursday. Movements shift one day along each week so that you're not always squatting on Mondays.
Weekends are heavily programmed with Successories™ as a way to tune up or if you missed a day during the week as a way to make up.
For those keen to follow the programme to the T, we have Open Gym available every day and extended Open Gym on Fridays.

Beyond fitness, the club fosters a strong community, hosting regular coffee mornings and social events to connect like-minded mums. Mum's are welcome to bring their babies to class!
