Welcome to Sleven Mum's Club: A Strength-Based Fitness Class for New and Expectant Mums.
We begin each Mum's Club class by performing 'Connection Breaths' to help our new and expectant Mamas to reconnect and strengthen their pelvic floor
Bird Dogs, Heel Slides, Dead Bugs, Side Planks, etc. We prep and strengthen the core using movements that are safe and effective for new and expectant Mamas.
Strength Work + Accessories
Each session involves 2 barbell strength and accessory pieces. We have one upper body day, one lower body day and one conditioning session with a gymnastics skill element per week.
WOD (or Workout of the Day)
This is where we get our heart rate up in a short, low-impact workout involving machines, DB's/KB's and bodyweight movements. These usually last 8-10 mins.
PROGRAMMING
Our programme revolves around the 4 main barbell movements - squat, deadlift, bench press and overhead press. We also incorporate some return to impact training that can help prepare your body and pelvic floor to return to activities such as running.
We work in 8 week progressive blocks, but you are more than welcome to join us at any time!
This is an example of a deadlift day in Mum’s Club. Each week, we will try to progress the weights used on the Strength component.
Not sure what any of this means? No problem! You don't need any experience and our expert coaches demo all movements and fix your form throughout the hour-long classes.

CLASS STRUCTURE
1. COMPOUND STRENGTH
Squats, deadlifts, presses, rows and more. Expect to progress these in scientifically proven ways like tempo, weight, reps, supersets and much more.
2. SUCCESSORIES™
Iron out imbalances, improve mobility and build a rock hard core.
3. WORKOUT
Get your heart rate up with a simple yet effective cardio workout that usually lasts 8-15 minutes.
PROGRAMMING
24Sleven is programmed in-house, by our head coach in four-week cycles of progressive overload.The magic happens Monday-Thursday. Movements shift one day along each week so that you're not always squatting on Monday for example. Weekends are heavily programmed with Successories™ as a way to tune up or if you missed a day during the week as a way to make up.For those keen to follow the programme to the T, we have Open Gym available every day and extended Open Gym on Fridays.

This is an upper body focused Successories™ session. Weekends are not programmed with progressive overload, just movement patterns. They can be used as a way to get some extra training, a one-off or as a catch-up if you missed a movement during the week.

Sweat Club is our Friday night fitness party. Big vibes, big energy, and plenty of sweat—this class is all about having fun while you train. Always in teams or pairs, with accessible movements and high-energy workouts, it's the perfect way to wrap up your week and connect with the Sleven community.
Hybrid Conditioning is all about improving your fitness, aerobic capacity and stamina. Expect fun, high-energy workouts that raise your heart rate, build endurance, and use accessible movements that everyone can jump into.
Sleven Mum's Club offers expert-led, strength-based fitness classes designed to support new and expectant mums. The Coaches Ed. program offers group or individual mentorship options to elevate your coaching skills. Learn from industry leaders Jess Rosart and Julia Lim, gaining expert insight into coaching movement, spotting faults as well an online course to supplement your practical skills. Whether you're new to coaching or refining your craft, this program provides the tools to excel.
Sleven Hybrid is a performance-focused strength and conditioning program designed to drive real, measurable progress. With compound lifts, functional bodybuilding, and a structured 6-week progression, training helps you move better, feel stronger, and look your best.
