Events follow the HYROX calendar and use the same workout each time, with chip timing, a live leaderboard, and continuous outdoor running loops for a true race experience.

Our Hyrox programme at Sleven is designed to help members build the engine, strength, and movement efficiency needed to perform at their best — whether that’s stepping onto the competition floor for the first time or chasing a new PB.
Classes are structured in progressive blocks, designed to peak athletes around key races on the calendar and prepare them for the demands of competition. We place a strong focus on developing the ability to perform under fatigue, with plenty of work on compromised running, pacing, and technical efficiency across key movements.
Led by our Hyrox Head Coach, Elliot, the programme is designed to integrate seamlessly with our SlevenX, Sleven Hybrid classes, and Conditioning classes, ensuring members build the strength and conditioning required to improve performance on race day.
TRAINING FOR HYROX
Our timetable is built to support your Hyrox training, with sessions running every day of the week, so you can train consistently around your schedule.
Hyrox classes are the most direct way to prepare for race day, but you can build everything you need across the full programme.
HYROX: The most specific prep for race day. Focused on strategy, efficiency, and combining running with key movements.
Sleven Hybrid: Strength-focused sessions using compound lifts to build the foundation for sleds, carries, and lunges.
Sleven Hybrid Conditioning: Develop your aerobic capacity and pacing — key for sustaining effort across the race.
SWEAT CLUB: Get ready to push your limits! These high-energy, team-based workouts guarantee a fun and sweaty challenge.
HYROX SIMULATIONS: The Sleven Nike Hybrid Race is repeatable test using chip timing to capture accurate splits. You get clear data to track progress and see exactly where you’re improving, and what needs work.

Get race-ready with our monthly Hyrox Sunday Simulations. We'll be inviting guest Hyrox trainers and athletes to programme the best workouts to put your Hyrox training to the test and provide a more competitive atmosphere. Unlike the classes, these simulations will be run in heats and provide more of a race experience.
3. COMPETITIONS
Are you ready for the main event? Expect competitions in the run-up to Hyrox events to see how you stack up against your rivals. If you've been considering signing up for a Hyrox, these can be your first taste of a Hyrox-style event before committing to the real deal. Competitions will include leaderboards, prizes, DJs, sponsors and much more.

The magic happens Monday-Thursday. Movements shift one day along each week so that you're not always squatting on Mondays.
Weekends are heavily programmed with Successories™ as a way to tune up or if you missed a day during the week as a way to make up.

You will not get much rest in this piece! Your only rest will likely be when you partition the stations. Try to finish each station with ~15 sec to spare before moving to the next.

Sleven Mum's Club offers expert-led, strength-based fitness classes designed to support new and expectant mums. Sessions focus on rebuilding core stability, improving posture, and enhancing overall strength to help with the physical demands of motherhood. Beyond fitness, the club fosters a strong community, hosting regular coffee mornings and social events to connect like-minded mums. Mum's are welcome to bring their babies to class!
The Coaches Ed. program offers group or individual mentorship options to elevate your coaching skills. Learn from industry leaders Jess Rosart and Julia Lim, gaining expert insight into coaching movement, spotting faults as well an online course to supplement your practical skills.
