TRANSFORM YOUR FITNESS, HEALTH & WELLBEING WITH FLEX PERSONAL TRAINING
STEP ONE
It all starts with a free introductory consultation with your coach and an opportunity to tour Sleven. We’ll discuss your fitness history, lifestyle (including work, sleep, and nutrition) and establish goals. This will give your coach an opportunity to put together a blueprint for success.
STEP TWO
After your free intro, it’s time to hit the gym floor for your assessment. This usually takes around an hour and gives your coach a deeper understanding of your current fitness level, mobility, and nutrition. If your coach identifies structural deficiencies or movement issues, exercises will be added to your programme to address these issues. Your coach will also set you up on the pH Nutrition Hub, the definitive resource for nutrition.
STEP THREE
You’ll be training with your coach on average three times a week which means you’ll get stronger, fitter and learn new skills along the way. In addition to PT sessions, you will also have access to the wide range of classes that Sleven has to offer. Your coach will advise which classes to attend, if any, for extra work which aligns with your goals and lifestyle.
STEP FOUR
Flex Personal Training is extremely effective but we realise it’s not at a sustainable price range for many customers. We know that these programmes have a natural end and we’re committed to finding a road to autonomy once you achieve your goals. This could mean a pathway to group classes, training on your own with individualised programming or a mix!
Fitness is for life and for many, this is the beginning of a long and fulfilling journey. No gimmicks or quick fixes here.
HYBRID COACHING IS A FAST TRACK TO SUCCESS COMBINING IN-PERSON AND REMOTE COACHING
STEP ONE

After your free consultation, it’s time to hit the gym floor for your assessment. If your coach identifies structural deficiencies or movement issues, exercises will be added to your programme to address these issues.
STEP THREE
Your coach will draw up a programme for you to work on in the Flex Space based on your intro and assessment delivered through our app. This can be supplemented with personal training sessions. You’ll be held accountable and your coach will track progress and adjust programming to match your evolving fitness journey.
STEP FOUR
We measure success based on goal achievement. In addition to your online interaction via our App, you’ll have monthly in-person consultations with your coach to revisit goals and adjust training based on performance.
