Sleven exists to elevate the experience for our members. The architect-designed space is multifunctional, allowing a range of classes, individual training, events, competitions, photoshoots and much more, all in one facility.
Each area at Sleven is equipped so it can act independently. Workouts are programmed in-house for each space and with an abundance of kit and rigs, there's no need to share equipment in workouts unless designed that way. Drop bars from overhead on our seamless flooring and never feel like you're going to slip off a rig again with our specially ordered galvanised steel pull-up bars.
This means we can run PTs in Flex, a group class in Sleven X and a photoshoot in 24Sleven – all at the same time. This also means we can run competitions much bigger than the space should allow.
If you're a brand looking to do an activation or big event, we can accommodate over 100 athletes working out simultaneously.

Sleven is located next to the Vauxhall Pleasure Gardens so all running is performed in the park.
BARBELLS & PLATES
Over 40 total barbells in the facility with enough weights to run classes and competitions in each space.
KBs & DBs
KBs range all the way up to 58kg and DBs up to 40kg. The sheer amount of equipment means that each space can run independently.
D-BALLS
We uniquely have enough D-Balls to run classes with enough for each athlete to have their own.

Sleven runs myriad events – internal and external – and we'd love to host your brand, workshop, product launch or whatever you'd like to host!

Filming with your phone on a tripod comes at no added extra cost to a drop-in.
CAMERAMAN
If you need to bring a cameraman to Sleven, you'll need to pay an extra drop-in at £25. One light is allowed for this type of shoot. If you need more equipment or crew, then you will need to rent out the space for a photoshoot.
We have many influencers based at Sleven to film, train and more. The Full Flex membership allows our members to film with a cameraman without any added cost, marrying training, business and more into one package.
PHOTOSHOOTS
Sleven was designed with photoshoots in mind with a sleek, black aesthetic and space-age lighting to help your brand shine.
The multi-functional nature of the facility means that we can host your photoshoot with minimal disruption to our operations and crucially, your shoot.

PROGRAMMING
24Sleven is programmed in-house, by our head coach in four-week cycles of progressive overload.The magic happens Monday-Thursday. Movements shift one day along each week so that you're not always squatting on Monday for example. Weekends are heavily programmed with Successories™ as a way to tune up or if you missed a day during the week as a way to make up.For those keen to follow the programme to the T, we have Open Gym available every day and extended Open Gym on Fridays.
