To build muscle, you need to lift weights, and progressively overload. All six days of 24Sleven programming will be progressive, with three lower and three upper body days. Monday-Thursday will have a short conditioning piece to keep your heart healthy, and the weekends will include isolation movements (no cardio)!
24Sleven will be the heart of your training, but we’ll help advise on a class plan that works for your goals, lifestyle, and schedule.

Sounds easy, right? If it were easy, everyone would do it! Body recomposition is an approach to weight loss that emphasizes the importance of not only losing fat but also gaining muscle at the same time. It is the goldilocks of the fitness world, and it’s completely achievable with a bit of hard graft, our expert guidance and consistency. Throughout the 6-weeks, we’ll aim to educate you, instil healthy habits and create lasting change. The 6-Week Recomp includes weekly check-ins to help you adjust macros, training, and, most importantly, help keep you accountable. We’ll be there every step of the way to guide you through your journey.
Build, don't burn
This is a new way of looking at nutrition. Traditionally, you’ve been told to exercise like mad and sweat your ass off to burn calories. The problem is that this isn’t a long-term solution to keeping the weight off and achieving the body you’ve always wanted.
Losing weight is like investing to build wealth. Lift weights to invest in a stronger, leaner you; we’re not looking to make a quick quid with cardio. If you’ve exercised your whole life but never had the body to show, this is probably the mistake you’ve been making.
We are delighted to announce Gigi Erhardt as our nutritionist. Gigi is a member, so you may already know her from classes; she’s an avid CrossFitter and competitor, recently coming first in the mixed pairs final of ATHX. Gigi holds a Bachelor of Nutrition, is a personal trainer and is perfectly placed to help you reach your goals.
