No Tiers Contract
Our No Tiers Membership is flexible so if we’re in Tier 4 you’ll have a range of ‘at home’ options, including online programming, zoom classes, equipment loans and access to coaches. If we move into Tier 3 you’ll have access to socially distanced Open Gym sessions with a range of specialised programming available to you among a range of other benefits!

As in previous lockdowns, we have moved our core class, 24Sleven, online for Tier 4. The programme will include two sections each day: Sleven Successories, as well as a WOD From Home (WFH).
You will be able to do these sessions even if you are limited by space. No kit? No worries! Our coaches are well versed in Zoom workouts so will be able to give you a great workout during the class even if you don’t have any kit.
The ability to lift heavy weights with correct technique requires great mobility as well as strength. A lack of mobility may result in poor positioning and increased chance of injury. Our Strength Mobility classes were a big hit in Lockdown 2.0 and we’re delighted to offer them again.
We’ll use the time in Tier 4 to work on any mobility restrictions you may have so that you can return to the gym moving that barbell even better than before. Member Scotty is testament to his dedication during Lockdown 2.0. Upon his return to the gym, he was able to squat snatch, something he wasn’t able to do before!
So if you’ve had any issues you’ve been avoiding addressing, now is the time. Get booked into one of these Strength Mobility sessions and let’s get it sorted.
Friday Night Lights
Our world famous partner WOD Fridays are back, online! Make sure you have an ice cold beer waiting in the fridge to enjoy with your fellow Sleveners after classes. Only caveat is you’ve got a tough WFH to get through first!
Don’t worry if you don’t have a partner, we’ll take care of that on Zoom.
While our doors may be closed, we will be at the gym most days for you to pick-up and drop-off of equipment. Your membership will include the loan of a DB or KB of your choice (subject to availability) free of charge. Our core 24Sleven classes will be programmed with this in mind so it’ll be all you need to stay fit and strong.
Times for pick-up:Weekdays: 10:00-14:00
There will be an equipment loan agreement to sign upon your arrival. If you need to come outside the above stated times, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help!
One Off Programmes
Included in your membership for the first month of Tier 4 will be three, special one-off programmes:
Running + Successories
A 2x per week running programme that also includes running specific Successory work 1x per week.
Handstands at Home
This programme is focused predominantly on building shoulder and core strength for handstands and handstand push-ups.
STRENGTH: Skillz & Drillz
A 3x per week weightlifting programme that reinforces positions while out of the gym. Strength work is incorporated through the use of DBs.
Instructions on how to access are all on Wodify once you sign-up. We will update our one-off programmes monthly so expect new ones in February!

Our programming is tailored to your goals and lifestyle and we can easily work around injuries and any equipment you have available. The weekly check-ins provide added accountability to keep you on the straight and narrow.
By choosing the personalised programming option, your No Tiers Membership will reduce to £90 per month (you’ll still receive all the benefits that it entails). Personalised programming starts at £60 per month for 2x per week as a bolt-on to your membership.
Kick the year off right
You still might be feeling a little down about being unable to be at the gym in its full capacity. However, that doesn’t mean that you can’t make a strong start to the year, take control of your nutrition and get some healthy nutrition habits cemented into your daily routine.
Starting on the 11th January and running for 30 days, Sleven will help you take control of your nutrition again and kick start some health and fitness goals early in the year, even if we find ourselves lingering in Tier 4!
Our nutrition plans combined with our at home training programmes will deliver great results. While this isn’t a challenge as such, these 30 days are designed for you to make the most of your at home training with the right nutrition plan to suit your circumstances.
