pH Nutrition is a nutrition coaching business which works, primarily, CrossFitters, from Games and Sanctionals athletes through to first time members. Though mainly working with CrossFitters, pH have a wide range of clients from triathletes, runners and to mums that want to come back to a fit and healthy life style after giving birth.
pH Nutrition is built on making nutrition simple, providing personalised nutrition plans and coaching without the confusion!

Meet Liam
pH Nutrition's founder, Liam Holmes has worked in elite sport for over 12 years, with time spent at Tottenham Hotspur, Republic of Ireland, Fulham FC and FC Copenhagen. He currently coaches CrossFit Games athletes Jamie Greene and Elliot Simmonds and has built a team of 6 nutritionists who are here to help you with any of your nutrition issues.

Looking ahead
