Nutrition plays a huge role in your performance both in and out of the gym and to provide you with more detailed and structured nutrition support, we are pleased to announce a partnership with pH Nutrition, the UK’s leading CrossFit nutrition coaching service.

pH Nutrition is a nutrition coaching business which works, primarily, CrossFitters, from Games and Sanctionals athletes through to first time members. Though mainly working with CrossFitters, pH have a wide range of clients from triathletes, runners and to mums that want to come back to a fit and healthy life style after giving birth. 

pH Nutrition is built on making nutrition simple, providing personalised nutrition plans and coaching without the confusion!

Meet Liam

pH Nutrition's founder, Liam Holmes has worked in elite sport for over 12 years, with time spent at Tottenham Hotspur, Republic of Ireland, Fulham FC and FC Copenhagen. He currently coaches CrossFit Games athletes Jamie Greene and Elliot Simmonds and has built a team of 6 nutritionists who are here to help you with any of your nutrition issues.

I built pH Nutrition on providing a service that simplifies nutrition, cuts through the confusion and provides something that is sustainable. Looking ahead

There is plenty to look forward to in 2020 with our new exciting partnership. We will be hosting a nutrition seminar on the 18th of January and kicking off our first nutrition challenge in February!

Open Prep & Power (Half) Hour

Tomorrow is the first day of our 6 week Open Prep programme! If you missed our announcement last week, you can catch-up here.

There are still a lot of details to be finalised as to how the Open is going to work this year given the different levels of lockdown worldwide (even Dave Castro’s 15 minute video on YouTube didn’t really enlighten us as to the finer details as yet). MetCon Outdoors

The decision by the Government not to allow gyms and leisure centres to open on 4 July was pretty disappointing. But we’re not going to let that get us down! We’ll be introducing some outdoor MetCon classes for you from Monday 29 June. These classes will be available only to paying members on monthly memberships.
