CONSULTATION QUESTIONNAIRE
It all starts with a questionnaire outlining your current & past training, injury history, lifestyle, and more. The more information we receive, the better we can tailor your assessment.
MOVEMENT ASSESSMENT
Once we have your info, we'll hit the gym floor for your 90-minute assessment. Julia will look at how your body moves through a series of exercises and how it compensates as a result of any limitations.
PRESCRIPTIVE EXERCISES
If Julia identifies structural deficiencies or movement issues, exercises will be added to your programme to address these issues. You will be shown how to perform them during the assessment in person to make sure you're doing them correctly.
SIX-WEEK PROGRAMME
This can be catered for training at home (generally, you will need some dumbbells and bands). However, accessing a gym for some basic equipment will be more effective.
There will be 2-3 sessions a week, taking ~20-30 minutes to complete, so you need to be able to put aside some time to commit! Julia will check in to evaluate your progress.
