This is our high energy, metabolic conditioning class that will leave you gasping for air! A varied programme and wide range of movements will deliver the best possible results. Classes may include single, longer duration workouts or, perhaps, two or three shorter ones designed to boost all aspects of your conditioning.
We also offer a shorter, 45 minute MetCon Burn class at lunchtimes for those needing to race back to work after their workout.
Our MetCon classes provide a great way to gain and maintain cardiovascular fitness without spending hours on the treadmill or moving from station to station every 45 seconds.
