Throughout the 6 weeks, we’ll aim to educate you, instil healthy habits and create lasting change. The 6 Week Recomp includes weekly check-ins to help you adjust macros, training, and, most importantly, help keep you accountable. We’ll be there every step of the way to guide you through your journey.
The 6 Week Recomp restarts every 7 weeks (there is a week in between for exit & intro consultations).
If you'd like something a bit more personalised, we now offer monthly recurring nutrition guidance. We can build any plan around your lifestyle, goals, training and more. This plan includes a lot more accountability and touch points with Gigi, your nutrition coach.
